Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under § 7(1) DDG. For third-party content (§§ 8–10 DDG) we are liable only once we know of a specific infringement. Once we know, we remove the content without delay.
Liability for links
The operators of linked external sites are responsible for their content. No infringements were apparent when the links were set.
Note on AI content
The planned AI scriptwriter in Nuvocue is meant to produce text drafts (provider: OpenAI). It is not available yet. Output consists of suggestions. Users are responsible for how they use it.
